6 Small Zucchini
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
0 Cup Olives
Halve zucchini lengthwise, scoop out most of the zucchini
Chop up zucchini innards
Mix chopped zucchini with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese
Place zucchini mixture back in the zucchini halves
Top with grated mozzarella and olives
Bake at 425 F for ~20 min
