1 Serving Greek Seasoning
2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
4 Tsp Ranch Dressing
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepperr
1 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Package (10 oz) yields Spinach
3 Small Red Bell Pepper


Thaw and squeeze dry spinach.

Sub Greek Seasoning with any desired powdered or fresh herbs.

Using a food processor, blend all ingredients together except for peppers together.

Cut mini peppers in half, remove seeds.

Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
