1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Fruit without seeds Lemons
1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1/4 Cup Parsley
1 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 Clove Garlic
Slice avocado in half.
In a blender, blend the pine nuts, lemon juice, oil, parsley, celery and garlic clove.
Spread over the avocado halves.
Drizzle lemon juice if desired.
