1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup, halves Strawberries
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
6 Cube Ice Cubes
Blend together oats, protein powder, and milk until smooth.
Add in water, strawberries, and peanut butter and blend until smooth.
Add in six ice cubes and blend until smooth.
