Ingredients

2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp, ground Cumin
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
8 0 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Steak Beef Top Sirloin
1 Fruit Avocados
2 Ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yiel Corn
1 Small Onions
2 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1 Tsp Pepper Or Hot Sauce
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes

Directions

Make marinade: In a medium bowl whisk together garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, cumin, lime juice, and vegetable oil, and season with salt to taste.

Set half the marinade aside and add steak to half.

Toss until coated.

In a large bowl, add avocado, corn, red onion, and tortillas and toss with remaining marinade.

Heat grill to high.

Skewer kebabs, alternating meat with all the ingredients from the avocado mixture.

Grill about 8 minutes until corn is charred and steak is cooked.

Serve with hot sauce and squeeze with lime.
