2 Tsp Coconut Oil
16 Oz Beef Steak
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Oz (23 whole kernels) Almonds
1 Leaf outer Lettuce
1/2 Cup, chopped Scallions
In a hot pan, add oil and heat until shimmery (30 seconds to 1 minute) Add meat and cook on high for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally
Add onions and peppers and continue to cook on high, occasionally tossing, until browned- about 5 minutes.
Add garlic, then sesame oil
Halve and toast the almonds
When the steak and veggies are well coated and the sauce has been absorbed, remove from heat.
Spoon into lettuce cups and top with diced spring onions or scallions and almonds Enjoy!
