2 Cup Asparagus
2 Tbsp Dill
6 Tbsp Buttermilk
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
2 Tbsp chopped Chives
1 Tsp Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Clove Garlic
2 Head (5" dia) Lettuce
1/2 Cup slices Radishes
Bring a pot of water to boil with a steam tray over top.
Add asparagus to tray, cover, and steam until crisp/ tender (about 4-8 minutes depending on thickness of asparagus).
Shock in cold water.
Combine Dill and next seven ingredients (through garlic) in small bowl, stirring with wisk.
Divide lettuce, asparagus and radish evenly between 4 plates.
Drizzle each with 1 1/2 tablespoons dressing.
