1/2 Cup Spinach
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
1 Large Egg
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Butter
Heat saute pan on medium/low heat.
Melt butter.
Add onions and saute in pan until translucent.
Add spinach and eggs.
Gently stir and scramble eggs, add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat.
