Ingredients

4 Large Egg
2 Slice Sliced Ham
1/2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1/3 Cup Spinach
1 1/2 Oz Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk eggs.

Chop up ham, tomato, and spinach.

Add egg and chopped ingredients to a well sprayed muffin tin.

Add grated cheese ontop.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
