1 3/4 Cup Chickpeas
1 Tbsp Sesame Butter
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Cup Spinach
1 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1/4 Cup sprigs Dill
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
4 Cup slices Cucumbe
In boiling water, quickly blanch and drain spinach well.
Gently squeeze out extra water.
Place the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, spinach, feta, pine nuts, dill, salt and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve with sliced cucumber.
