16 Oz Pasta
2 Package (10 oz) Spinach
2/3 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 Tbsp Dill
15 Oz Ricotta Cheese
1/2 Tsp Salt
8 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare penne as per package directions, but only for half of the suggested cook time.
Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water before draining
Add chopped frozen spinach, mix well.
Combine feta, dill, ricotta, and salt.
Combine with pasta/spinach and the 1/2 cup liquid
Spread evenly in 3 qt baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
