6 Oz Chicken Breast
2/3 Tsp Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Pepper Or Hot Sauce
1 Item Tortilla
1 Cup shredded Lettuce
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Add chicken breast to water and boil for 8-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
Chop into bite sized pieces.
Toss chicken with the yogurt, lime juice, and hot sauce.
Top tortilla with lettuce and the chicken mixture.
