1 Can Tuna
1 Tbsp Onions
2 0 Tbsp Celery
1 Tbsp, drained Capers
1 Tsp Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
1/3 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Dash Pepperr
1 Dash Salt
2 Slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4") Italian Bread
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
Break up the tuna in a bowl and mix with minced green onions, small diced celery, capers, chili sauce, and mayonnaise.
Crumble fresh mozzarella into the bowl.
Season with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt to taste.
Mix everything together and put in the fridge until needed.
Cut Italian or French bread into thick pieces and put on a foil lined baking sheet.
Generously butter both sides.
Toast both sides under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Place tuna mix on top of bread slices and press down with a fork.
Top with shredded sharp cheese.
Add a tiny dusting of cayenne.
Broil about 5-6 inches under the heat until cheese is bubbling (about 5-6 minutes).
Serve hot and enjoy!
