Ingredients

8 Slice, small (2" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Sourdough Bread
3 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Clove Garlic
4 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt

Directions

Wash the tomatoes.

Cut them in half and grate them on a box grater into a bowl while being careful of not cutting yourself.

Toast the bread slices (in a toaster, on a grill or in the oven, as you prefer) until golden.

Peel garlic clove and cut in half.

Rub cut half on the toasted bread.

Spread the grated tomatoes over the bread; add a small pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on each bread slice.
