3 Cherry tomato Cherry Tomatoes
2 Slice, small Sourdough Bread
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
Wash the tomatoes.
Cut them in half and grate them on a box grater into a bowl while being careful of not cutting yourself.
Toast the bread slices (in a toaster, on a grill, or in the oven; as you prefer) until golden.
Peel garlic clove and cut in half.
Rub cut half on the toasted bread.
Spread the grated tomatoes over the bread; add a small pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on each bread slice.
