8 Oz Spaghetti
1 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup White Beans
1 Cup leaves, whole Basil
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1 Fruit Avocados
1/4 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Almonds
Prepare pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
Reserve 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
Drain pasta.
Combine reserved 1/2 cup cooking liquid, spinach, and next 7 ingredients (through avocado) in a food processor; process until smooth.
Combine pasta and spinach mixture; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with tomato and almonds.
