Ingredients

1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
3/4 Oz Chinook Salmon
1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
2 Large Egg, Fried
1/2 Fruit Avocados

Directions

Warm tortillas in the microwave.

Top with smoked salmon and sprouts.

Heat a pan to meadium and coat with non-stick spray.

Fry eggs to desired doneness.

Place on top of the sprouts.

Slice avocado and play on top of the egg.

Roll and enjoy!
