1 Cup, chopped Scallions
1 Tbsp Dill
2 Tbsp, drained Capers
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
1 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
4 Oz Chinook Salmon
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper


In a bowl, combine the green onions, dill, capers, and mayonnaise.

Chop cucumber into small pieces and add to the mayonnaise mixture.

Coarsely chop salmon into chunks, add to mayonnaise mixture and give the mixture a good stir; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy!
