8 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Can Canned Black Beans
1 Cup Salsa
Add chicken breast to Slowcooker or Crockpot
Drain and rinse can of black beans.
Add entire can to Slowcooker or Crockpot.
Pour in enough Salsa to cover ingredients (about 8oz)
Set on low and let cook for approximately 6 hours.
After chicken is cooked through pull apart with fork and serve.
Optional: for frozen breast allow for 2 additional hours of cooking, add an avocado or cheese to up the calories/fat content, use any kind of salsa you want (I like Pace Hot Salsa the best)
