2 Cup elbow shaped Macaroni
2 Tsp Olive Oil
3/4 Cup, chopped Onions
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
2 Can (15 oz) Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Or Colby Cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a stock pot, cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

In a medium skillet, add olive oil and cook onions and garlic for 1-2 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add salt, pepper, and seasoning to ground beef while cooking.

Add in tomatoes, tomato paste, and mustard.

Allow the mixture to cook and thicken until bubbly.

Remove skillet from heat and add the pasta to sauce and mix to cover evenly.

Transfer mixture to casserole dish or keep in the skillet if it is oven-safe.

Top with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Optional: Remove from oven and top with pickles, fresh tomatoes, fresh lettuce, and other desired burger condiments.
