1 Cup, chopped (1/2" pieces, loosely packe Lettuce
1 Cup Spinach
2 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinega
Chop all ingredients.
Mix in a bowl.
Season with salt and vinegar.
Toss once more and enjoy!
