1/4 cup (60 ml) barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons (20 g) chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) minced garlic
2 swordfish steaks
Combine all ingredients except swordfish to make marinade.
Marinate swordfish steaks for 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
When ready to grill, reserve marinade.
Grill or cook as desired (do not overcook).
Heat reserved marinade to boiling and pour over fish to serve.
