Ingredients

4 Medium Zucchini
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
32 Oz Shrimp
4 Clove Garlic
1 Serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper

Directions

Prepare zucchini noodles by using a spiralize or a peeler.

Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp, garlic and spices.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in lemon juice; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Bring to a simmer; stir in zucchini noodles until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
