Ingredients

1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
3 1 Oz Shrimp
1 Dash Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Fruit without refuse Mangos
1 1/4 Cup, pureed Avocados
1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Heat a pan over medium.

Spray with non-stick spray and cook shrimp with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, about 4-5 minutes until cooked through and bright pink.

Set aside.

Cut mango into cubes

Mash three ripe avocados with a dash of salt and pepper

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

To keep avocados green, squeeze lemon juice on it.
