1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Onion Onions
2 1/2 Tsp Garlic
1 Cup Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Water
4 Fl oz White Wine
1/2 Tsp, ground Oregano
1/2 Tsp Salt
16 Oz Shrimp
3 1 Oz Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp Parsley
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion about 5 minutes, until soft.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, wine, oregano and salt to skillet.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.
Add shrimp to skillet, cook 2-3 minutes until just cooked through.
Stir in cheese and parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
