1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2/3 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Kernels

Directions

Mash avocado and mix with chia seeds.

Toast bread and top with avocado mix, sunflower and hemp seeds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
