1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2/3 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Kernels
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Mash avocado and mix with chia seeds.
Toast bread and top with avocado mix, sunflower and hemp seeds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Top with more seeds if desired.
