2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Large Egg
2 Slice White Bread
4 Strip Bacon
3 Oz Italian Sausage
1 Tbsp Butter
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Whisk two large eggs and set aside.
Add bacon and sausage to pan and fry until sausage is cooked through and no longer pink and the bacon is cooked to desired crispiness.
Once the bacon and sausage are fried, set aside, and add eggs to the pan and whisk until scrambled through.
Toast bread, butter both slices, and set aside.
Combine all ingrediants on a plate.
