1/2 Link Sausage
4 Small Egg
1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
6 Tortilla medium (approx 6" dia) Tortillas


Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat.

Add sausages and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 5-6 or until sausage is golden brown all over and cooked through.

Transfer to a plate.

Meanwhile, whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl.

Add to frying pan and cook, stirring occasionally, with a flat-edge wooden spoon, for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Remove from heat.

Spoon sausage and scrambled egg among tortillas, fold to enclose.

Serve immediately.
