1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Cup, chopped Onions
1/2 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
4 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepperr Flakes
1 Lb Ground Turkey
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Heat skillet over low heat; add oil and and garlic; sauté for about 2-3 minutes until flagrant.
Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add onions, tomatoes, thyme, and pepper flakes; increase heat to medium-high and sauté vegetables for about 4 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook for about 10 minutes until turkey is fully cooked and brown; stir frequently and continuously break large chunks of turkey into smaller pieces.
Stir in cilantro and cumin; add salt and pepper to taste.
