3/4 Cup Egg White
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Oz Sausage
Salt and pepper egg whites in a small bowl.
Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick skillet.
Toss in sausage and cook until no longer pink.
Pour egg whites over cooked sausage in pan and scramble until eggs are cooked through.
