2 Can (3.75 oz) Sardines
1 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
4 Tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Dill
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
4 Dash Salt
4 Dash Pepper
8 Slice White Bread
4 Leaf outer Lettuce
4 Slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
1 Cup slices Cucumber
1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
Combine sardines, celery, onion, mayo, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mash well with a fork.
Sandwich the sardine salad between bread slices, top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and sprouts.
