Salmon Maple Syrup

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon (0.8 g) garlic powder
1/2 pound (225 g) salmon fillets

Directions

Heat all ingredients except salmon in a large skillet, stirring to combine.

Add salmon fillets.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until salmon is done, turning once.
