7 Date, pitted Dates, Deglet Noor
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Soymilk
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1/4 Cup Green Seedless Grapes
6 Cup shredded Lettuce
2 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes


Lightly toast unhulled sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, shaking pan frequently.

Blend all ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes in high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.

Serve dressing over lettuce and top with cherry tomatoes.
