1 Cup Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup, chopped Red Peppers
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
0 Fl oz Water
0 Tsp Saffron
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Finely chop garlic and peppers.
Crumble saffron over hot water in a small cup and let stand 1 minute.
Blend saffron mixture with remaining ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a blender until smooth.
