6 Oz Chicken Breast
1 Item Tortilla
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 Oz Cottage Cheese
1 Slice (1 oz) Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
3 1/2 Oz Field Greens Salad Mix
1 Oz Roasted Red Peppers
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Add chicken breast water and boil for 8-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
Chop into bite sized pieces.
Top tortilla with the dijon, cottage cheese, cheddar, salad greens, roasted red peppers, and chicken.
