10 Sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet Potato
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Dash Pepper
1 Dash Salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray

Wash sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes

In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer onto baking sheet

Roast for 30-35 minutes until tender; turning over sweet potatoes every 10 minutes.
