1 Tsp Rosemary
1/4 Tsp Salt
24 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Red Potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Pepper
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
Clean potatoes, then cut in half or quarters.
Preheat oven to 450F.
Place potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Add olive oil, rosemary, and garlic.
Toss until potatoes are well coated.
Spread potatoes out on a single layer of a baking pan.
Roast for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through and browned.
Serve immediately.
