2 1/4 Grams Tofu
4 1/2 Grams Brussels Sprouts
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Pour 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil into a casserole dish
Wash the sprouts and then cut the ends off and chop them in half.
Put them in the casserole dish.
Drain the tofu and press it with a paper towel.
Cut it into half inch cubes and add to casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in the oven.
Roast for 25 minutes.
