Ingredients

2 Cup chopped Broccoli
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Garlic Powde

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Clean and dry broccoli well.

Toss chopped broccoli with oil, chopped garlic, and salt.

Spread onto a baking sheet.

Roast for 25 minutes.

When finished roasting, zest lemon over broccoli and squeeze about half a lemon, to taste.
