2 Medium Zucchini
1 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 Small Red Bell Pepperr
3 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1/2 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp Dill
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Wash thoroughly all vegetables and chop them in cubes to fit your juicer.
Juice the zucchini, cucumber, pepper and celery.
Add the fresh cream and the olive oil and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste and serve with finely chopped dill.
Serve immediately, do not store.
