2 Tbsp Olive Oil
24 Oz Atlantic Salmon
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Cup Raspberries
1 Tsp brownulated Brown Suga
Coat Large glass baking dish with the oil.
Add the salmon and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Let sit for 30 minutes.
In bowl massage the raspberries and brown sugar together.
Spread over top of salmon.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Increase heat to broil and broil the salmon for 2 minutes.
Serve.
Each fillet is from 6 ounces of uncooked salmon.
