2 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup chopped Carrots
1/3 Strips Yellow Peppers
1/4 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup, chopped Red Cabbage
1/2 Cup, chopped or diced Chicken Breast
Chop all veggies and cooked chicken breast (or deli meat) into pieces.
Mix cream cheese with ranch seasoning.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto tortillas.
Leaving a 1-inch border on all sides, lay out a bit of each vegetable in rows across the tortillas then top with the chicken.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, cut crosswise into pinwheels and serve.
