1/2 Cup Quinoa
1 Cup Water
2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
Combine quinoa and water in a small pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover pot with a lid and reduce heat to low.
Cook for around 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked through.
Slice banana.
Assemble all ingredients together into a bowl and enjoy! Serves well warm or cold, so you can always cook the quinoa the night before if you'd prefer.
