1 Cup, crushed Graham Crackers
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Pumpkin
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Cup sifted Powdered Sugars
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and half of the butter melted.
Press mixture into bottom and up the sides of 9 inch (large) pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for 8 mins.
In a bowl purée the pumkin with an electric mixer add the remaining butter softened, cream cheese, vanilla, nutmeg and mix until smooth.
Add sugar a little at a time until totally incorporated.
Spread mixture in pan over cooled biscuit base and chill in fridge, then serve.
