Ingredients

14 Oz Ground Turkey
1 Extra large Egg
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tsp, whole Cumin
3/4 Tsp, ground Thyme
1 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Small Zucchini
1 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions

Directions

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees Fand spray muffin pay with some cooking spray (or coat with a little olive oil).


Mix all the ingredients in one large bowl until well combined.

Roll the mixture into balls and place each one in the muffin pan

Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.
