2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Spinach
1 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
1 Muffin English Muffins
2 Tsp Butter

Directions

Cook bacon to desired crispiness.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
