1 Large Tomatoes
1/4 Large Onions
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seed
1 Tsp Coriander Seed
1 Cup (1" cubes) Pumpkin
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seed
1 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
1 Tbsp Tamarind Nectar
1/2 Cup Pigeon Peas
1/3 Cup White Rice


Chop the tomatoes and onion.

Add all the ingredients, except rice, with water in a pressure cooker and boil for 20 minutes.

In a seperate pot prepare rice as per package directions.

Stir rice into the soup and enjoy!
