28 Oz Beef Chuck
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Butter
1 1/3 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
6 Clove Garlic
1/2 Cup Salsa
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 Tsp Fish Sauce
Trim and cube beef, toss with spices
Sauté onions in butter in pressure cooker until translucent.
Stir in tomato paste and garlic, cook 30 seconds.
Toss in beef, salsa, stock, and fish sauce.
Pressure cook on high for 35 minutes.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
