1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/4 Tsp Salt
4 Mushroom, whole Mushrooms
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Green Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
Cut the onion and the green pepper into strips.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the garlic, onion, and green bell pepper.
Season with salt.
Cook about 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Reduce skillet heat to low.
Place mushroom caps in the skillet, cover, and cook about 5 minutes per side, until tender.
