1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
4 Mushroom, whole Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
12 Slice round Pepperoni
1/2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp, leaves Oregano
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powde
Heat oven to 400 degrees F; lay out a sheet of tin foil in a pan with sides.
Then spread olive oil around on the tin foil (just enough so the caps don’t stick).
Prepare portabellas by removing gills from the underside and wiping clean with a damp paper towel.
Spoon about 2 tbsp tomato sauce into each cap, layer 3 pepperoni on each, sprinkle with Mozzarella, parmesan, and spices.
Bake 25 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
